Sarah specialises in construction law, dealing with contentious litigation matters and health and safety issues.
She has a wealth of experience in construction litigation and adjudication, but also works with clients on dispute avoidance by trying to reach negotiated settlements. In addition, Sarah assists clients with health and safety compliance, both during the pre-construction phase by providing advice on CDM obligations, policies and protocols through to defending companies and their directors in criminal prosecutions following health and safety breaches and on-site accidents.
Sarah is praised by clients for providing a clear practical case plan based on their commercial needs and objectives. Sarah is also approachable and friendly which enables her to work well with clients who admire her enthusiasm and dedication.
Sarah is a member of the Society of Construction Law, and sits on the committee for the Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce Construction Sector and the editorial panel for the Construction Industry Publications Construction Health and Safety Manual.
