George Elliman

Trainee Solicitor

As a Trainee Solicitor in our Construction team, George stays focused on the needs of clients and looks for practical and commercially minded ways to deliver the best results for them.  He deals with a broad range of construction work, both contentious and non-contentious, in the UK and overseas.

Graduating from the University of East Anglia with a degree in law and completing his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Holborn, George joined our Regulatory Team in May 2017 as a Paralegal – helping to give pragmatic, strategic advice to commercial clients under the microscope of regulatory investigation.

Prior to joining Greenwoods GRM, George gained diverse experience from several vacation schemes and spent 12 months acting for housing associations in charging their property portfolios.

George began his training at Greenwoods GRM in September 2018, sitting in the Real Estate department. He is currently completing his last seat with the Construction team.

He is also a member of Greenwoods GRM’s Charity and Social Committees and is one of our qualified Mental Health First Aiders.

Aside from his work with Greenwoods GRM, George is a member of Peterborough City Rowing Club and can normally be found learning new skills in the kitchen, cycling the Cambridgeshire roads in the early hours or at Vicarage Road supporting Watford Football Club.
